Create a partitionning tool for JNode (JPartition)

The tool can be started in 2 modes :
- normal mode : you can do whatever you want with your partitions
- install mode : it allows you to select a partition (and create it if needed) where jnode should be installed

Here is the current state :
- console view : alpha stage, only tested outside of jnode OS.
- swing view : alpha stage, only tested outside of jnode OS.

Known bugs :
Someone reported here that it asks questions but do nothing under jnode.
