Source file encoding

The encoding of the java source files of JNode have been set to US-ASCII and all non-ASCII characters have been replaced by the '\uxxxx' encoded form.

The build scripts and Eclipse project settings have been changed to force a US-ASCII encoding.

For those of you that we're not able to compile JNode due to encoding reasons, please update from CVS and try again (and report the results).
