A new French forum for JNode

I asked the webmaster of QuebecOS for creating a french forum for JNode and he has just created them (3 forums).

Feel free to contribute (in french !), especially for users/developpers that need some help.

However, that's not the official web for JNode. So, please, also post on jnode.org your important messages for english readers.
