If jnode is java based why TOMCAT ,or netbeans can't work in it?

jnode is java based ,so it can execute java apps!
I read that it needs to implement ,but why?

The best way to find out why Tomcat or NetBeans don't work is to ask the people who tried them what happened when they tried.
