[PATCH] JFAT: Problem when root directory does not start at cluster 2

Description

JFAT had hard-coded the root directory start to be cluster 2. This does seem to be the case 99.99999% of the time, but we ran into an image where it wasn't the case, and this patch fixes the bug, making it work for that image.
