CDROM can't be initialized

Hi, when I boot on my computer the CDROM that I have it's not mounted. It tells me "can't read boot sector" or so. But if I mount it manualy after ti works... has anyone any ideas?

the problem is not there..is in ATAPI driver..it doesn't even acceses the CDROM. I think the cdrom it needs some time till starts to spinn so the boot sector can be read..maybe the timeout it's to small..
