JPEG Decoder

As some of you perhaps know, our classlib is missing JPEG support.
Levente searched quite some time to find an open implementation in Java and finally succeeded. At Prof Helmut Dersch's site you can find a small JPEGDecoder class (optimized for j2me) which can load many jpegs.

The code on that site is GPL but JNode is LGPL. We asked Helmut Dersch if he would relicense his code, which he agreed on. That's why I want to say a special thanks to Helmut Dersch for relicensing the code under LGPL and giving us the permission to use the code in JNode.
