I can be of some assistance. I was the person who wrote those drivers and donated the code. I can resend any code that Websprocket released under the GPL. Let me know what you want.

I made the rtl8139 driver based on the donation from WebSprocket. One can find "empty" representaion af the missing packes on the net(I think I have delete the "code"), but mostly of no help. Maybe you can get help by looking in the rtl8139 driver.

If it could be any help, you can get the WebSprocket orginal code so that you can compair the jnode version with the WebSprocket version. I had also some problems and it took alot of my time to make it running.
