FS Test instructions don't work

Description

The instructions in http://www.jnode.org/node/568 for running the file system tests no longer work. It seems that the class org.jnode.fs.AllFSTest no longer exists.

Can someone please update the instructions and / or figure out where the missing class has gone.

I've added some interim instructions in a comment on node 568, and created a separate "bug" issue for regressions in FSTestSuite.
