Help wanted! ATAPI driver

I will start to implement the ATAPI driver this weekend. Don't expect too much, since this is the first device driver I'm programming. But we'll see.

CDFS driver is almoast ready.

I have almoast implemented the ISO 9660 driver and this weekend I will check it in. I will also start working on other extensions. but we need this ATAPI driver soon.
