Support the "Substance" look&feel

Hi to all,
as noted today here: http://www.jnode.org/node/405 ,
I suggest the use of this Look & feel in JNode , mainly by its extensibility, by some interesting components (some standard, some in subprojects), and the visual pleasure of the GUI.

A bit too much like Mac OS X...

I think Substance look and feel is a bit too MacOS X looking... we should do something new, best would be to do it on top of Synth Look And Feel.
