Can someone explain the advantages of a Java OS is as compared to windows or mac?? Thanks.

Am also looking forward to know the advantages of java Operating system. Anyone can explain it. From the daniel noll message, in ms-windows are doesn't support to develop it. Let us try darwin & mac. Anything info.

One of the real advantages is that it's much simpler to test components of an operating system when you can run them under a debugger, and it's much simpler to develop them if you can use an IE with all the autocompletion and refactoring features.

Windows is irrelevant as you can't even develop it. Mac is mostly the same although I suppose Darwin is at least open source. Smiling
