I want to help with network stuff in jNode. I am going to download jNode and work with DNS and ICMP problems. Is there any way to test the classes without installing VM Ware?
The best way to test network-related stuff is to use a network boot.
You need one testing machine with a bootable net card such as 3COM,
and the server machine that would run BOOTP or DHCP, and TFTP server.
