Simple debugger added

A simple debugger has been implemented.

For now, it can be used to display all threads, all running threads, all waiting threads and the stacktraces of the selected threads.

Press Alt-SysRq to enter the debugger (in textmode) and press 'h' for usage information once inside the debugger.

The debugger will be extended with typical debugger functionalities.

SysRq key?

Can you pls explain what key is SysRq? I have a german keyboard since I started programming..no clue where is that key..and I have no US keyboard around. Is the same key as Print?

Usually it is alt-printscreen
