Compile JNode in BlueJ : if you can run apache ant from BlueJ, then you can compile JNode from BlueJ.
Run JNode in BlueJ : if you can run a native command from BlueJ, then you can run JNode in a virtual machine powered by vmware/virtual box/kvm...

Anyway, compile and run are typically done from a command line.
