This release brings a lots of very exciting GUI improvements.
The font rendering is greatly improved and you can play some very nice games in it.

jnode-x86-0.2.3.iso.gz, gzip compressed ISO image.
Uncompress it to burn a CD-ROM with or to use in VMWare.

Exception booting

I got an exception booting. here's some of the log...

This was booting off the iso in VMWare, running on SuSE Linux 9.2. The VM has 256 MB memory and other requirements as listed.

How install jnode operation system?

I suggest that you read the getting started guide (or click on the Start here! button on the top of the page).
You should especially see the 2 minutes getting started guide.

Take a look to user's guide for information on how to run jnode. For the moment, there are no easy ways to install jnode on harddrive but you can burn downloaded .iso file and run it as a "live" CD. All informations for users, testers and developers can be found in documentation part of this site or you can join us on irc channel.

VMWare Player error

I'v edited the vmx file from the previous version(0.2.2) to load the current iso-file. VMWare player gives me an error, telling me that it can't mount the image as on the virtual CDROM drive. Any suggestions?
