you should precise some time relative to GMT
because, as you know, it's not the night for everyone at the same time
About your question, I think BeOS can be installed for free, am I wrong ? But you probably want someone experienced with that OS, especially BFS ... So, I am not that one.

I used BeOS for quite some time and really enjoyed the experience
especially the BeFS. Despite what people say about BeFS it was not a Database based File System. It had Database features built into it.
