Should we promote the command shell in the apache felix community ?

I have discovered that discussion in the apache felix mailing list.
It seems the JNode command shell was considered as an option .. not sure what is the current state of that discussion since the begin of the year.

What do you think ?

... but I think we might do better to come up with a "stand-alone" version of the shell / interpreter / command / syntax classes. It has been suggested by various people in various places, though no issue has been created. (Of course, creating an issue won't get the work done.)

You notice that one thing that the poster of that email didn't like was that JNode is LGPL. That could well be an insurmountable problem for them.
